Tee Trade is a marketplace connecting vetted golfers with tee times at both public and private courses in Naples, FL. Public course tee times can be booked instantly. Private club tee times require Private Access — a one-time vetting process that unlocks the full catalog of member-listed times.
No membership required. You can browse and book public course tee times immediately after creating a free account. To access private club listings, you'll need to apply for Private Access — there's no ongoing membership fee once approved.
Private Access is our vetting program that unlocks tee times at Naples's premier private clubs. You'll fill out a short application covering your golf background, handicap, and club experience. Applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you can browse and book any available private listing.
Applying for Private Access is free. You only pay the per-round rate set by the member hosting your tee time. There are no subscription fees, annual dues, or hidden charges.
If your application is not approved, you'll receive an email explaining the decision. You're welcome to reapply after 90 days if your golf profile changes. You can still book public course tee times through Tee Trade at any time.
Every guest with Private Access has passed our application review — including verification of golf experience, handicap, and references where applicable. We also maintain a conduct history for each guest. Hosts and clubs can see a guest's Golfer Passport before confirming a booking.
The Golfer's Passport is your on-platform reputation. It records the private clubs you've played through Tee Trade, any feedback left by hosts, and your overall conduct rating. A strong Passport makes hosts more confident in confirming your bookings and may unlock access to more exclusive listings over time.
Cancellation policies are set per listing. Most bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your tee time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial or no refund. Always check the listing's cancellation policy before booking.
Every listing includes course-specific details: dress code, cart policy, pace-of-play expectations, and any club-specific rules. Your confirmation email will include the host's contact information and arrival instructions. We recommend reviewing these details a day before your round.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Tee Trade never stores your full card number. Your payment details are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
